Do I need to be experienced in the gym?
No — but you need to be willing to train consistently. Training programmes are assigned based on your current experience and availability. If you can commit to showing up, the programme works regardless of starting point.
How much time does training take each week?
You'll be assigned a 3x, 4x, or 5x per week programme based on what fits your schedule. Sessions are focused and efficient — built for people who don't have hours to spare.
Is this a meal plan or calorie counting?
You'll be assigned a calorie target along with sample meal plans to make it easy to hit your numbers. Recipes are suggestions only — all nutrition guidance should be adapted for your own allergies and preferences, and is not prescriptive. Targets can be adjusted during your check-ins inside the coaching app as you progress.
How much contact do I get with Jack?
Personal video feedback from Jack at Weeks 2, 4, 6, and 8 via the coaching app. WhatsApp group check-ins run at Weeks 3, 5, and 7. All group communication runs through WhatsApp. No 1:1 messaging — this keeps the programme focused without losing the coaching standard.
What is the roadmap call?
Every client who completes the programme is offered a personal call with Jack to map out their next phase. Completely optional — a genuine conversation about where you are and what the smartest next step looks like. No obligation whatsoever.
Is there a prize?

What if I fall behind or miss a week?
